Domestic & international shipping

Due to being a one-woman operation, we currently only ship in the US. We’re working on adding international shipping options so that we can spread love & joy around the world!

Domestic (USA) shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the total quantity and weight of the products in your order. The estimated shipping time is 3-6 days after your product has been made.

returns & exchanges

Because all our products are made to order (yay greener planet!), we don’t accept returns or exchanges at this time. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please email us at studiomoonandspark@gmail.com and we’re happy to help.

damaged or faulty goods

If the item(s) you ordered arrive damaged, please email images and the info us at studiomoonandspark@gmail.com, and we will help to rectify the issue.
